Our Easy Ordering Process

Our ordering process is simple and easy to follow along. Simply:

  1. Choose your image orientation (Horizontal or Vertical).
  2. Choose your desired image size.
  3. Upload your image and if necessary, resize it to fit.
  4. Choose either a single or double mat.
  5. Check out using our secure checkout process and you'll receive an order confirmation, and a tracking number when your order is shipped out.

We have a simple ordering process for online custom framing. If you require any assistance or are looking for a custom-sized frame, contact us below or by phone and we'll be able to help out.

Single and double matboard is 2" all around, double matboard includes 1/4" black accent mat

Image size is the size of the printed image

Frame size is the size of the acrylic (matboard + image)

About Our Framing

We use only high-quality materials for all of our products, and online framing is no different.

Moulding:

All of our online framing moulding is real wood, not MDF or plastic. We offer a variety of finishes and profiles. Check specific listings for dimensions and profile views.

Matboard:

Both single and double mats are 2" all around your uploaded image. The double mat includes a 1/4" black mat accent.

Finishing and Assembly:

We finish and assemble your online frame order in our shop in Toronto, Canada. We use quality materials including acid-buffered matboards and backing boards, and finish every frame with a specialty frame-backing paper to seal it. We install a hanging wire and include a hook with every frame.

About Our Printing

Image Upload Specifications:

Please ensure that your image is high resolution if ordering a larger size. Upload full-resolution files if available.

Printing Information:

We print images up to 300DPI and check every image for adequate resolution and quality. If your image file is too small for printing, we'll reach out for next steps.

We print on the same high-quality luster photo paper that we use for our regular photo prints. To read more about our paper, check out our photo printing page.
