Shipping policy
August 15, 2026: Shipping to the USA is currently paused until tariffs and duties are resolved.
Local Shipping: We ship locally (GTA region) using a variety of carriers, including private same-day couriers depending on the location and size of the order.
Large Orders: Orders measuring 24 × 36 inches or larger outside of the GTA region require a shipping quote. This applies to all products except paper prints.
Canada: We ship orders using a variety of carriers, including Canada Post and UPS. PO Box deliveries are available.
USA: We use a variety of carriers to help keep shipping costs down. Taxes and duties are prepaid, so there are no additional fees due on delivery.
All Other Areas: We ship orders via Canada Post or UPS. Delivery options may vary depending on the destination.
Processing & Delivery Times: Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the destination:
- Toronto: 1–2 business days
- Southwestern Ontario: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Canada: 2–6 business days
- United States: 2–6 business days
- Other Areas: 2–6 business days, depending on destination
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Seasonal & Carrier Delays: Delivery times can vary depending on the time of year. Busy periods such as winter holidays and Black Friday may result in longer-than-expected delivery times. Carrier delays may also occur and are outside our control.
Remote & Extended Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote locations, including the Canadian Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut), Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories or remote areas. Shipping to these locations requires a shipping quote.
