Refund policy

General

If your item arrives damaged, we will send you a free replacement for the damaged components or provide a refund.

We have a 14-day return policy for non-custom items if you wish to return your purchase. Custom items such as photo prints, canvas prints, and custom framed items are not returnable. If you have any questions, you can contact us at sales@riverosart.com.

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.  To start a return, you can contact us at sales@riverosart.com.

Damage

If your item arrives damaged, we can send you a free replacement for the product ordered, or for the components damaged. Please contact us at sales@riverosart.com so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for custom items, including custom sizes for frames, photo prints, custom framed items, or custom printed items. Please contact us at sales@riverosart.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@riverosart.com.
