When Will I Receive my Order?

We'll let you know when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup via email.

Shipped Orders: Most print orders are shipped out within one business day. We ship via Canada Post and UPS. Large orders (over $60) are sent with a tracking number. Depending on the time of year and where you're located, shipping can take anywhere from two to ten business days.

There are no "rules" regarding which paper should be paired with an image, and the choice is down to personal preference at the end of the day.

Typically, papers with some gloss like our premium luster are popular for regular photos, while non-gloss papers like our premium matte are popular for art.
